Phase 01

Onboarding & Authentication

Phase 02

Main Dashboard & Matchmaking

  • Active Feed: View ongoing matches, challenges, and global jury clips.
  • Match Creation: Challenge a friend directly or enter public matchmaking lobby.

Phase 03

The Match Lobby (Pre-Trick Entry)

  • Call Your Trick: Offensive skater must declare stance modifier (Reg, Sw, Nol, Fak) and base trick *before* rolling up.
  • Real-time Sync: Opponent is immediately notified of the incoming trick declaration.
🎯 Data Pipeline: Intent vs. Execution tracking. Saves explicit label intent to the database before video capture occurs.

Phase 04

Camera Engine & Capture

  • Live Overlay: Screen clearly reminds skater of their declared intent during recording.
  • Review & Trim: Skater trims the clip to keep the file size tight and focused solely on the attempt.

Option A

The Peer Review (Standard Flow)

  • Stance Banner: Displays expected posture based on profile truth.
  • Precision Tools: Opponent utilizes frame-by-frame scrubbing to catch toe drags.
  • Verdict: Opponent hits Clean Make or Bail.

Option B

The "Tap Out" Safety Valve

  • Honorable Concession: If down by multiple letters, losing player can forfeit intentionally.
  • The Incentive: Saves maximum Rank Points and maintains a 100% Credibility Score.
  • Retention: Keeps users from completely ghosting or deleting the app when losing.

Phase 05

Dispute Resolution (Community Jury)

  • Conflict Trigger: If players disagree on a make, the clip automatically drops into the public feed.
  • Crowdsourced Verdict: Global community votes on the outcome; consensus dictates the match progression.
🏷️ Data Pipeline: High-integrity crowd consensus tags the video asset with specific error/success metadata.

Phase 06

Post-Game & Progression Summary

  • Rank Tier Check: Updates player standings with loss-protection floors.
  • Trick Tree: Confirmed makes are permanently unlocked in the user's library.
📦 Data Pipeline: Pristine, fully labeled video files are archived directly into the pipeline pool to train the future YOLO detection model.
